Senior Scholarship Awards

This scholarship is available to students of OMTA Members only. Membership dues must be paid by September 1 of the current year.
 

The purpose of awarding a scholarship to a graduating high school senior is to recognize outstanding student citizens who participate in music activities.  The recipient need not plan to major in music.  Each applicant must list:

	List your musical training
	Musical events in which he/she has participated  (school, church, community, auditions/festivals and competitions).
	Submit two letters of recommendation from anyone other than your private music teacher or a family member.
	Volunteer activities (music and other)
	Write a letter of recommendation for yourself.  Tell us what is special about you and why you are deserving of this award.
	List your future plans.

The winner(s) will be chosen on the basis of merit only, and will be notified by the April meeting.  OMTA reserves the right to not award this scholarship.
